About Integrated Health Partners
The region’s leading clinically integrated primary care network, Integrated Health Partners (IHP) brings together 11 community health center members representing up to 500,000 low-income and under-insured Medi-Cal patients in San Diego County. Acting as a powerful advocate for primary health care service providers who serve underserved communities, we seek to improve the quality of health care outcomes by better preparing our members to meet the future needs of their patients and evolving demands of the health care industry.
Our Leadership Team
Joining the leadership team is Sabra Matovsky, MBA, who was recently appointed executive vice president for Integrated Health Partners (IHP), CCC's newest subsidiary, which brings together 11 of its community health center members with the potential to serve 500,000 patients in a clinically integrated network focusing on the safety net population. Also joining the IHP leadership team is Jim Schultz, MD, MBA, FAAFP, chief medical officer. Dr. Schultz has been CMO of Neighborhood Healthcare in Escondido since 2001 and also serves as medical director for the Health Center Partners and Project Access San Diego, leads clinical and medical affairs for the network.
