Sarah Schauman serves as the Vice President of Operations for Integrated Health Partners, bringing over 15 years of operational experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Biology from Denison University in Ohio, and has earned a Master of Arts in Bioethics from New York University.
Sarahs education and career reflect her passion for promoting ethical healthcare for vulnerable populations. She has experience working directly with physician office and specialty practice staff, earning years of firsthand insight into the needs and operational difficulties of primary and specialty care organizations. Using her deep knowledge of value-based care, she has successfully overseen the transformation and development of care models that target inefficiencies and inequities in care delivery.
Her consulting work in Value Based Transformation with Premier, Inc. drove outstanding client engagement outcomes, including achieving over $28 million in Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) funding. With IHP, Sarah employs her knowledge of value based transformation, managed care, and process improvement to advance care quality, achieve health equity, improve care outcomes, and reduce avoidable costs for healthcare providers and Member Health Centers.
