The IHP Behavioral Health Internship Program

Integrated Health Partners (IHP) launched its Behavioral Health Internship Program in 2023 to strengthen the vital work of our member community health centers and support the development of a skilled behavioral health workforce. The program offers clinically focused, experiential training for Master of Social Work students placed at outpatient clinics across our network, where interns gain hands‑on experience in psychotherapy, assessments, care management, and crisis intervention. Interns work as part of interdisciplinary teams and receive ongoing mentorship from IHP’s clinical supervisor.
